James 4:9-10
This week we will continue our series through the book of James as we study James 4:9-10. As we have seen in weeks past, our sins and desires should cause us to weep and mourn. James reminds us how serious our sin is and that it requires humility to fight against it. Humility requires dependence on God, not independence from Him. It is from a position of humility, where we are fully and completely yielded to Him in every area of our lives, that God will work and change us more into the image of Christ.
