The Joy of Generosity – Part 3
On Wednesday night at worship, I encouraged everyone to start preparing their hearts for Easter. It’s a season we all look forward to, but beyond the excitement, I hope we also approach it with reverence. Over the next few weeks, consider setting aside something that often distracts you—maybe a certain food, device, or hobby—and use that moment to turn to God instead. When you feel the urge to reach for it, reach for your Bible or spend time in prayer. Let’s make this a meaningful time of drawing closer to Him.
Tomorrow we’ll continue our series in 2 Corinthians, focusing on the cheerful giver (2 Corinthians 9:6-15). If you have a moment, take some time to read the passage and listen to the worship songs below to prepare your heart.
