Who is God? He is Forgiving

Who is God?
SERIES:
This Sunday we resume our series, “Who Is God?”, and we’ll be studying forgiveness. I look forward to worshiping with you as we study this beautiful aspect of God’s character. As I was studying God’s forgiveness, it overwhelmed my soul that this forgiveness is completely dependent on the blood of Christ. I bring nothing to offer, yet God willingly forgives me because of the sacrifice of His son. This forgiveness is complete and pure. Isaiah 43:25 says, “I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.” No one in our lives forgives like this. No matter what we have done, His forgiveness is complete to the point as though it never happened. This forgiveness is life-changing and humbling.
